Using the Publicity Images

1. Click the link below and download the Image Usage Application Form.
2. Check the box(es) of the image(s) you select, fill in the form, and send us the form via e-mail or fax.
3. Upon receiving the form, we will send you the image(s) via e-mail.
4. Send us the page proof/ narration script before publishing/ broadcasting. We cannot assume the responsibility for the published/ broadcasted contents unless you do so.
5. After publication/ broadcasting, send us a copy of the publication/ a DVD of the program. When you use our image(s) in your website, notify us of its URL as soon as the site is uploaded.
