Visitor Guidelines (Updated: March 15, 2023)

Please familiarize yourself with NFAJ’s visitor guidelines and infection prevention measures before your visit.

 

Guidelines to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19

Requests to Visitors

・Please refrain from visiting the NFAJ if you have a fever of 37.5°C (100°F) or higher.

・Please practice proper etiquette when coughing.

・Please notify the staff if you feel sick during your visit.

・Please cooperate by using the hand sanitizer and washing your hands.

・Please keep a proper distance from other people when entering and exiting the theatres, etc.

・Only drinks with caps are allowed in the theatres. Eating is not allowed.

・Eating and drinking in the Gallery is not allowed.

・Please refrain from eating in the 7th floor lobby.

Measures implemented by the NFAJ

・All visitors have their body temperature checked at the entrance.

・Hand sanitizer is provided throughout the facilities.

・The theatres are properly ventilated.

・The NFAJ staff wears masks and gloves.

・Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the information and ticket counters.
